第１話「襲撃、逆襲、大出発」
1st Story: "Attack, Counterattack, Big Departure"

Midori is a Zoid pilot living in Kageri village, she's childish and inexperienced with her Liger Zero, Souga, whom she lives life together with. Such to be, in the village's vacinity is a canyon where Midori and Souga are familiar with and there they deal with Zoid encounters. Once while she was gone, the village was attacked! The plan was to have 3 Zoids come out before Midori returned. A warning shot was fired to call the hero, Kyanohon abandoned the enemy side in the counterattack to test Midori; the state of her companion seemed strange. They turned out to be expert Zoid pilots and Midori's grandfather Hakukuu set a meeting to approach the commando unit's member.

第２話「斥候、遭遇、大激突」
2nd Story: "Scout, Encounter, Big Clash"

In a time of attack it's imperative that there are no misunderstandings, especially while Midori is traveling together with the commando unit. Jin is the commanding officer of the commando unit's members, there was also the juvenile, somewhat pure and indecisive Ken. As well as the mood maker Lethe, and the operator Seki who's also in charge of maintenance.

Immediately after setting off, the commando unit encounters a Bio Zoid. Against Jin's orders, Midori, who was scouting, appears and engages in a fight with the Bio Zoid. Within a hair's breadth, Jin rushes in to stop further problems, and Midori really reconsiders her point of view.

第３話「再開、驚愕、大変身」
3rd Story: "Restart, Surpise, Big Sword"

Midori and Ken find themselves in a blacksmithing village. Thereupon, Midori causes some trouble. Suddenly an Iron Kong party appears, and Ken is dragged into a fight. That is, however, Hakukuu set up that trial.

Riding in the Iron Kong is an aquaintance of Midori, a heroic blacksmith called Masakuni. By his hand, he makes two new Metal Zi weapons. The curtain opens for the commando unit to stamp out the Bio Zoids on their journey.

第４話「決闘、休息、大逃走」
4th Story: "Duel, Relaxation, Big Escape"

In the blacksmithing village, at the bottom of a lake exists a suspicious shadow.... these said rumors encourage the commando unit to immediately go to towards the lake. The important mission is left to the male camp, while the female camp acts like it's a vacation. It's Midori's first time at a lake. Within the changing and passing of one day, the fish type Zoid, Wardick, is caught on Ken's drooping fishing line. The commando unit barely escapes from the Wardick with their lives.

第５話「救援、敗北、大失態」
5th Story: "Rescue, Defeat, Big Failure"

Without Ken, Midori is on her usual scouting order, when she finds herself surrounded by a group of Bio Zoids. As the numbers of the Bio Zoid company gradually increases and corner her, it seems there won't be a gallant rescue. As the black Bio Zoid hits, Souga resonates in pain, and collapses, finished. After that, Jin and Lethe arrive with great effort, somehow they drive away the Bio Zoids, but the Souga is too damaged to move. Being powerless, Midori starts to cry. Seki gently encourages Midori.
